La Grande Maison

The beautiful and imposing Grande Maison is the perfect location for either a family holiday or 2 couples. The house has all day long sun, making the patio the ideal place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The gas BBQ allows clients the opportunity to easily eat outdoors. La Grande Maison is also the ideal location for a short winter mid week break. What better way to relax than to stoke up the wood burner and sample the large selection of wine on offer in the local supermarche?

Being on the edge of the village, the property is backing on to farmland, yet the centre of Seglien is only a pleasant 3 minute stroll away; ideal for wandering up to get your french baguette and croisant each morning. The local creperie and art studio is known throughout the area, and the tabac is a great place to meet the friendly locals.

• The master bedroom is tastefully decorated featuring a double bed, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers, there is also the option of a cot in this room

• The second bedroom also features a double bed and a single bed, there is the option of having bunk beds in this room. There is also a wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers

• On the first floor, there is also a bathroom featuring a bath, and power shower.

• On the ground floor, there is a dining/kitchen area featuring a brand new fitted kitchen including oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

• The dining area has a table which seats up to 8.

• The carpeted lounge is tastefully decorated and features an original stone wall, wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player. There is a suite of settees and also a bed settee.

• The ‘lean-to’ at the back of the house has a toilet room and a washing machine.

• The garden in front of the house is private and enclosed. There is a gas BBQ for free use and a wide selection of garden games (cricket, hoopla, skittles, a paddling pool and swing)
